1. <a href="http://www.rscemulation.net/register.html">Register an Account</a> on the RSCEmulation Website<br /><br />

2. <a href="http://www.rscemulation.net/character_management.html">Create a Character</a> after logging into the RSCEmulation website<br /><br />

3. Once you have both a RSCEmulation website account and a in-game character, <a href="download.html">proceed to our friends website who will tell you where to get the client.</a><br /><br />
